Yes, our reception team is there for you 24 hours a day.

What languages do the staff speak?

Our employees speak German, English and some other languages.

Are there elevators in the hotel?

Yes, all floors are easily accessible by elevator.

Is there a left-luggage office?
Yes, you can safely store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.
Is WLAN free of charge?

Yes, WLAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Are there charging stations for smartphones?

You will find USB charging ports or corresponding sockets in many rooms.

Are there parking spaces at the hotel?

We are also happy to reserve a space in our garage / self-parking system on request. (For a fee) Please note that our garage system is only suitable for cars 5.10 m long, 1.60 m high and 2.05 m wide. (Track width 1800 mm wide / 1000 mm high). Larger cars cannot be parked there.

There are several public charging points in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

How do I get to the hotel by public transport?

Streetcar M2 stops right outside the door ( Erich-Weinert-Str. stop) or S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee is approx. 5 minutes’ walk away

We offer single, double, twin, barrier-free rooms and junior suites.

Are there smoking rooms?

No, all rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Are there rooms with a balcony?

No, but most of the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows.

Is there air conditioning?

All our rooms are air-conditioned.

What is in the room as standard?

Standard facilities include: Flat screen TV, desk, safe, hairdryer, coffee/tea station, telephone, air conditioning, free WiFi.

Is there a minibar or refrigerator?

Some rooms have a small fridge – please enquire if required.

Are there accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer barrier-free rooms with wheelchair access and bathrooms.

Are baby cots/extra beds offered?

Yes, these can be provided free of charge or at an additional cost (subject to availability).

Is there a daily room cleaning service?

Yes, all rooms are cleaned daily. For better sustainability we recommend cleaning every two days, please participate in the Greener Stay program.

Is there breakfast?

Yes, we offer a daily breakfast buffet, Monday – Friday 06:30 – 10:30, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 07:00 – 11:00.

What breakfast options are available?

Varied selection of hot and cold dishes, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free on request.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We are happy to recommend some restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Is there a bar?

Yes, our bar is open daily and offers a selection of drinks and snacks.

Does the hotel offer room service?

Room service is available daily during breakfast. (For a fee.)

Are there vegan/vegetarian options?

Yes, we offer various vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Can I bring my own food?

Own food and drinks may not be consumed.

Is there a fitness room?

Yes, our fitness studio is available to guests free of charge (open 06:00-22:00).

Is there a pool or spa area?

We are happy to recommend the surrounding spa and wellness facilities.

Are bicycles available for hire?

No, you are welcome to use one of the various public providers.

Do children stay overnight free of charge?

Children up to 12 years stay overnight and have breakfast free of charge when accompanied by an adult (Holiday Inn Standard).

Are there cribs?

Yes, baby cribs are available on request.

Yes, we have modern conference rooms with technology & catering on request.

Are there printing/copying facilities?

A business center is available around the clock.

Are there desks in the room?

Yes, all rooms have a comfortable workstation.

Can I cancel flexibly?

Yes, depending on the rate you have booked, you can cancel free of charge up to a certain date.
